For some applications, an infrared emitter consisting of just one heating filament in a quartz tube may be just the right thing. These emitters are made of high-quality quartz glass, in most cases shorter than twin tube infrared emitters and equipped with gold or QRC reflectors as required.
Moreover, we also supply Infralight NIR emitters.
Infralight NIR stands for halogen infrared emitters with a spectrum in the near infrared range, a maximum output of 1 MW per square metre and very short response times. These emitters are made of high-quality quartz glass, usually round tube design. If required, a gold reflector can almost double the effective radiation on the product.
Heraeus Infralight NIR emitters can also be manufactured as complete IR systems.
