Heraeus designs complete modular IR heating systems for industrial processes. Based on our experience with several thousand heat processes, our engineers select the ideal heater and periphery configuration in close co-operation with the customer.





The project process:

Step 1: Evaluation of customer demands regaring geometry of heating unit, material handling, environmental conditions, process times etc.






Step 2: Database research (more than 2,500 listed processes), tests in the Heraeus application centers and dimensioning of heating module and control unit





Step 3: Design, manufacturing, installation and start-up of modular system






During the process, the Heraeus team works closely with the customer. There is the possibility to exchange CAD data in STEP, IGES, DWG and DXF formats.
