IR modular systems

Heraeus infrared modules systems are ready-to-install heating systems optimised for your application. They use quality Heraeus heaters in specially designed housings with optional control units. Because heater and module are optimised for each other, the modular systems are the ideal solution for industrial heat.

Heraeus infrared heating modules are scalable and will always be optimised for the customer process. Optional Heraeus services include CAD data files, on-site measurement and start-up operation of the heating system.

Infrared modules from Heraeus Noblelight geben deliver thermal energy in a practical form. This simplifies and accelerates operating stages, optimises energy usage and results in an exceptional finished product.

M – simply constructed modules
contain one ore more infrared emitters. Ready-to-use in a suitable housing including all the necessary electrical connections. This ensures that M-Series heating modules can be easily retrofitted into existing production plants. They have a long operation life and they extremely cost-efficient.

MX – scalable modules
are system solutions for the total heating process. The size is according to the space to be heated. If you wish, we supply complete control systems to allow the power of the module to be regulated - for exact product temperatures or temperature profiles.
MX-modules find applications in virtually all industrial sectors. They keep chocalate temperatures, dry coatings on glass, metal or wood - efficient, fast and space saving.
 



MX – advanced modules
are intelligent solutions for special tasks. They heat small surfaces, edges or specific contours in a targeted manner. Tube ovens for threads or ropes, two-sided modules for plastic welding or bended modules for lamination processes.   We also offer control and regulation, wavelength converters, safety plates and further accessories. If all components in the system are perfectly matched, you can save energy and costs.
