Infrared heaters fitted with a quartz reflector help manufacturing solar cells.
They heat materials prior to coating or during the process with high efficiency, as those are vacuum or high temperature processes. The new reflector made of opaque quartz glass targets heat directly to the product. Consequently, large amounts of energy can be transferred very quickly. As a result, innovative heating processes are possible and existing heating processes can be speeded up or improved.
Many processes run faster and more stable, when infrared emitters with a quartz reflector are used, as the temperature stability of the reflector ensures a uniform process.
Emitters with such a reflector can be used even in manufacturing processes where the plant requires regular cleaning with corrosive cleaning agents.
