The Optics and Analytics Division of Heraeus Noblelight (Special Light Sources business division of Heraeus) develops and manufactures lamps and power supplies for a wide range of analytical applications. Using our expert knowledge, we have developed an innovative lamp technology that combines maximum stability with long life. With 2 x 10-5 AU, the noise performance of our deuterium lamps is significantly better than that of conventional variants.

Our patented FiberLight miniature deuterium lamp is ideal for on-site measurement using portable, battery-powered instruments. With just 6 W, its power consumption is lower than that of any comparable lamp in the world. It is the only deuterium lamp ready for measurement directly after it is switched on and its lifetime is not reduced by the need for multiple ignition. Your benefit: no unproductive waiting times and lower operating costs thanks to more analyses per battery set.

For example, our range of hollow-cathode lamps comprises more than 70 single-element and 120 multi-element, low and high voltage variant, lamps with diameters ranging from 37 mm to 50 mm.
