Infrared Ovens - System engineering
Heraeus also designs complete IR heating module systems for industrial processes. Based on our experience gained in several thousand thermal processes, our engineers will select the optimal module in close cooperation with the customer.
Step 1:
Evaluation of the customer's requirements taking account of the dimensions of the heating unit, the material processing, the environmental conditions and the process times etc.
Step 2:
A search of the database (more than 2,500 processes stored), tests at the Heraeus Noblelight application centres and dimensioning of the heating modules and the control units.
Step 3:
Designing, production, installation and commissioning of the module.
During the process, the Heraeus team closely cooperates with the customer. CAD data can be exchanged in STEP, IGES, DWG and DXF format.
