Infrared Emitters for Wood
The most varied coatings are applied to wood. Priming coats, varnish or powder are to be dried as quickly as possible without damaging the wood.
Infrared heat dries much faster than conventional methods. Precisely adjusted infrared radiation is rapidly converted into heat in the varnish, while the material and the surroundings remain cooler. This improves quality and the wood is ready for further processing much sooner.
Application examples:
Drying of water-based adhesives for wood veneer
Gelling and curing of powder coating on medium-density fibreboards
Drying of water-based stain on wood
