Infrared emitters for the PV industry
Infrared emitters with quartz reflector are used to manufacture solar cells. They heat carrier materials especially effectively before or during the coating process because these processes take place in a vacuum or at very high ambient temperatures. The reflector made of opaque quartz glass ensures that the power output is transmitted considerably more efficiently and heat radiation is guided directly to the product. Moreover, the improved process saves energy.
Processes become faster and more stable when a quartz reflector allows them to run more evenly due to its thermal stability. In addition, quartz reflectors can be used where regular cleaning of the installation with more aggressive cleaning agents is necessary.
